Shipping & Returns
We currently ship orders within the continental United States.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number. Please be sure your shipping address is correct; we’re unable to redirect orders after they’ve been shipped.
Orders can take up to two business days to process and ship. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

It’s extremely important to us that our customers are happy with our products. If you’re dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the purchase date for assistance with your order. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund. No refunds will be made after 14 days from the purchase date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of used items.
We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. We do not accept items damaged from use or general wear and tear. Pipit & Finch will pay for return shipping on damaged items.
